The Work comprises, but is not limited to; mobilization; traffic control; the removal and reconstruction of deteriorated pavement up to 7”; grind and overlay asphalt pavement up to 2”; striping; adjustment of utility manholes and covers; adjustment of utility valve cans, covers, and hydrant blowoffs; construction of PCC access ramps; storm drain improvements; future street lights; conduits; driveway approaches; sidewalks; fence removal and replacement; retaining curbs and slough walls along Montecito Drive between Los Serranos Boulevard and Lugo Avenue.
