The Project consists of architecture, landscape architecture, civil, mechanical, structural, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, and instrumentation for a new Campus Building and associated facilities. To accomplish this work the Contractor shall complete the work items indicated on the Drawings and Specifications, including but not limited to the following:
• Construction of the new Campus Building including demolition, site preparation, site work, landscaping, roadways, and all associated items necessary for a complete and functioning campus and building.
• Construction of the Storm Drain Pump Station.
• Construction of electric vehicle charging stations.
• Excavation support systems.
• Bid alternates for various sized photovoltaic systems.
• Other miscellaneous improvements

 Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be able to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.

We are accepting sub/supplier pricing from all divisions 2 thru 48 listed in the contract specifications.
