PROJECT DETAILS:
Edwards Construction Group is currently pursuing the Hidden Trails Neighborhood Park for the City of San Diego.
SCOPE OF WORK
This project includes development of a new park. The Scope of Work includes, and not limited to, a new playground with play equipment and surfacing, fitness equipment, sports courts, prefabricated comfort station, shade structures, seating areas, perimeter and site fencing, sidewalks, curb ramps, ADA ramps and stairs, planting and irrigation, signage, light poles and fixtures and electrical improvements, stormwater and sewer improvements, and coordination and the installation of artworks.
This is a PREVAILING WAGE project.
There is a PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT.
There is a SLBE Participation requirement of 9.9%
There is a ELBE Participation requirement of 11.4%
