Scope of work to include: At seven (7) elementary schools sites we will be demolishing and removing Kindergarten and/or Primary playground structures and play surfacing. In addition, we are doing minor ADA renovations to the site and restrooms. Trades included but not limited to: survey, site demolition/earthwork, play structure/surfacing removal, new play structures and new rubberized play surfacing, concrete curbs/sidewalks, fencing and gate hardware, toilet accessories, signage, ceramic tile patching, final cleaning, and landscape /irrigation repairs.
