PROJECT DETAILS:

Seeking DVBE participation in modernization and new construction at Carter Elementary School located in Palm Desert, CA.  Electrical material suppliers and low voltage/fire alarm, subcontractors. Please note: Contractors and/or subcontractors that hold a C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 or C-46 licenses, and all MEP contractors must be prequalified. All subcontractors must be registered with the DIR. Each bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to the California Business and Professions Code, and be licensed to perform the work called for in the Contract Documents. Subcontractors must possess a valid and active license and must be properly licensed at the time of bid and throughout the duration of the Contract. Criminal background checks, through the California Department of Justice, of all employees providing services to the Palm Desert Unified School District, pursuant to the contract and that none have been convicted of serious or violent felonies, as specified in Penal Code Sections 1192.7(c) and 667.5(c), respectively. All suppliers and subcontractors must comply with ALL Public Contract Codes. Materials and services must be provided in strict accordance with all bid documents, specification and plans.
