Harris Development Corp. dba HBC Enterprises is requesting reasonable time prior to the bid dated, in order to fully evaluate quote.  Subcontractors must possess a valid California Contractor's license, DIR Registration Number,  and current insurance. Bidders are required to comply with all CARB and Regulation requirements, including, without limitation, all applicable sections of the Regulation, as codified in Title 13 of the CA Code of Regulations section 2449. Bidder's must provide, with their Bid, copies of the most recent, valid Certificate of Reported Compliance ("CRC") issued by CARB.  Subcontractor's will be required to sign a standard subcontract agreement.
