The proposed construction project consists of the installation of 1,120 lineal feet of pressure dose dispersal trench, and the installation of a 7,000 gallon two-compartment septic tank with pump vault. The pressure dose lines will be constructed from 1” SCH 40 PVC, with 1/8” orifice and shield every 2-4 feet. These will be installed in trenches 36” wide by 12” deep. The septic tank will be of concrete or fiberglass construction and will be watertight. The pump vault will be equal to an Orenco Biotube pump vault, and will include (2) 30 gpm, 0.5 HP effluent pumps. These will pump to a multi-field distributing valve. The proposed additional septic tank will be installed 5’ “downstream” from the existing tank, oriented in the same direction. The first proposed dispersal field will be installed in the lawn directly southeast of the garden area, and the second will be installed in the soccer field inside of the running track (if necessary).
