We are accepting proposals from all trades/suppliers for work associated with Divisions 02 thru 33. Project consists of: Construction, startup, and commissioning of the WPCF Administration Building, including all engineering, labor, materials, and equipment as required by the Contract Documents, including but not limited to selective demolition and salvaging of existing facilities and systems; site paving and grading; landscaping and other site improvements; yard piping and electrical systems; structural and architectural work; plumbing and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems; laboratory; fire alarm and suppression systems; power supply systems; instrumentation and control systems; and all other items necessary for a complete and functional facility

 Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be able to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.

We are accepting sub/supplier pricing from all divisions 2 thru 33 listed in the contract specifications.
