SCOPE: The project includes the excavation, removal and hauling of existing subbase materials; Scarifying and treatment of existing subbase; New and Existing Irrigation; Installation of underground storm drain system; Import of new base materials; Finish grading of new subbase in order to receive new Synthetic Turf System; Site asphalt improvements and ADA upgrades. Installation of new metal wall siding on existing exterior walls and soffits, interior restroom upgrades, site improvements, and miscellaneous accessibility upgrades.

Plans & Specifications are available for viewing on our website under Bidding Projects and at our office for no cost.

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All
subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be prepared to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for
the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.
