is seeking certified and qualified DBE, DVBE, MBE and WBE subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide painting for exterior trim surfaces of buildings, including but not limited to: fascia boards and metal gutters, under eaves, support posts, doors, door trim, window trim. All pipes that are attached to building, paint electrical boxes to match wall color, tape off any identifying labels or addresses marker. All moving parts shall be left in proper working order.
