SCOPE: Contractor’s scope of work includes but is not limited to: all labor, equipment, tools, materials and incidentals to perform demolition, saw cutting, rough and fine grading, landscaping, irrigation, asphalt, striping, signage, structural rebar, concrete, waterproofing systems, roofing, sheet metal, insulation, vapor barriers, drywall, accessibility work in existing restrooms and parking lots, MEP, low voltage, data, fire suppression systems, fencing, doors, frames, hardware, supply and install shade structure systems and foundation, supply and install DSA approved greenhouse with supporting infrastructure and foundation, casework, countertops, paintings, coatings, epoxy coatings, flat work, final cleaning.

Plans & Specifications are available for viewing on our website under Bidding Projects and at our office for no cost.

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All
subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be prepared to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for
the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.
