PROJECT DETAILS:
Edwards Construction Group is currently pursuing the Santa Maria High School 37 Classrooms Modernization project for Santa Maria Joint Union High School District.
THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR SANTA MARIA HIGH SCHOOL SHALL INCLUDE THE ALTERATION AND RENOVATION OF THE EXISTING BUILDINGS 230, 240, 330, 334, 350, AND 360. NEW ARCHITECTURAL FINISHES WILL BE PROVIDED INCLUDING FLOORING, CARPETING, CEILINGS, WALL COVERING, AND PAINT. NEW POWER AND DATA WILL BE PROVIDED IN EACH OF THE CLASSROOMS, STAFF ROOM, AND OFFICES FOR THIS BUILDING, AS NOTED. UPDATE FIRE ALARM LAYOUT AND DEVICES WILL BE PROVIDED. NEW MECHANICAL SYSTEMS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR BUILDINGS 330, 350, LIBRARY BUILDING, AND ART BUILDING. ADDITIONALLY, NEW MECHANICAL SYSTEMS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR PORTIONS OF BUILDINGS 500, SWIM, AND THE GIRL'S GYNASIUM. THIS WILL INCLUDE NEW HEATING AND COOLING UNITS, AIR REGISTERS, AND NEW DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS IN LIMITED AREAS.
