PROJECT DETAILS:
SCOPE: Exterior Rehabilitation Work Includes: Modifications to the existing landscaping. New exterior signage and lighting including exterior wall and pole mounted lighting. Restoration of exterior finishes and materials. Restoration of exterior door and window openings. Accessibility upgrades to the parking lot and existing walkways. Replacement of exterior site fencing. Replacement of existing built-up roof. Replacement of existing artificial turf. Interior Rehabilitation Work Includes: Structural repairs. Structural modifications to accommodate new mechanical distribution units. Interior layout modifications. New all-gender accessible restroom. New plumbing fixtures at the girl's and boy's room and all-gender accessible restroom. Electrical and mechanical upgrades. Kitchenette interior including accessibility modifications, new casework and new plumbing fixtures. Restoration of new interior finishes and materials. Mew paint and floor refinishing. New lighting.

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All
subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be prepared to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for
the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.
