Upon request, Psomas will assist in providing information regarding obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance, and/or any technical assistance related to requirements of the work. Likewise, upon request, Psomas will assist the consultant in providing information regarding obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related assistance or services (excluding supplies and equipment that the DBE subcontractor purchases or leases from the prime contractor or its affiliates). This RFQ shall not obligate Psomas to either contract with, or reimburse costs to, respondents hereto.
