Water Systems Consulting, Inc. (WSC) is seeking certified and qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) subcontractors to be on our team for Montecito Water District's Construction Management and Inspection Services of the Reservoir Retrofit Project at Bella Vista and Hot Springs Reservoirs Request for Proposals (RFP).

WSC is a water-focused civil and environmental engineering firm with more than 16 years of valuable experience in the planning, design, construction, and optimization of water and wastewater
infrastructure and treatment facilities. WSC is soliciting DBE subconsultants to be on our team in the areas of:

Acceptance Testing Services: Provide structural materials testing, backfill testing, source inspection (manufactured and prefabricated materials), and special inspections.
Labor Compliance Officer: Ensure that contractors adhere to labor laws and regulations, such as prevailing wage requirements, by conducting site visits, reviewing payroll records, investigating complaints, and preparing detailed reports on compliance activities.
