PROJECT DETAILS:
Scope:
Renovation of Administration/Classroom Building 010 (3,675 SF) and Classroom Building 020 (4,452 SF) on the Olga Reed Elem. Campus. The renovation includes finish and HVAC upgrades for the classrooms and the restrooms serving the classrooms. In addition, the project also includes a campus wide fire alarm upgrade for all existing buildings on campus. All work to be completed to industry standards and best practices. Plans are available electronically from be@edwardscongroup.com. All bids and material quotes must be per plans and specifications. All bids are required to be received in our office through our e-mail or fax number at least 1-2 business days before Bid Due Date so that we have ample time to fill out the required bid forms for the owner.
