is seeking certified and qualified DBE subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide twenty-three percent of any portion of the work, but specifically the following suggested items: removal of one story residence, two story residence, duplex, mobile home, apartment buildings, hotel/motel building, commercial buildings, in ground tanks, siding, concrete blocks, plants, shrubs, trees, vines, fences, walls, curbing, decks, sheds, swimming pools, spas (associated, and not associated with swimming pools), covered and uncovered patios, attached, and detached garages, septic tanks and cesspools, capping of sewer lines, slabs, concrete porches, loading docks, steps, footings, foundations, pipe, billboards, business signs, poles, brick, flatwork, plaster, timber, lumber, wood splinters, trash, tires, rims, debris, well abandonment, glass, light fixtures, thermostats, fluorescent light bulbs, PCB (polychlorinated biphenyl) or mercury fixtures, abate all friable and non-friable asbestos and lead paint, according to all environmental laws and regulations, and provide any necessary SWPPP/WPCP and implementation of said Plan/Program. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, DIR number, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage. Katch Environmental,Inc. will break down items of work to facilitate DBE Firms participation

Katch Environmental, Inc. will assist in identifying opportunities to break items into economically feasible packages per your request. All qualified bidders will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Plans & specs are available immediately upon your request. We will assist with Bonds, Lines of Credit, Insurance, and other Techinical Information per your request. 

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be able to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company (If required).
