Steelhead Constructors JV (Steelhead) will be bidding the referenced project as a prime contractor. Plans and specifications for this project may be viewed at the Caltrans Website, where you Opted-In, at your local builder’s exchange and are available for review in our office. Performance and payment bonds up to 100% may be required for the full amount of the subcontract price.
