LEE + RO will be going as a prime for the Inland Empire Utility Agency’s On-Call Engineering Services Master Contract. We are looking for certified DBE / MBE / WBE / SBE subconsultants to fulfill the following roles:

1. Hydraulic modeling of the water distribution, storm water, and sewer collection systems
2. Legal Description Preparations
3. Grant Writing – Services
4. Environmental/Planning Support

Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance coverage, public works registration and workers compensation for the entire length of the contract.
