Scope:

Job walks are tentatively scheduled for Monday 4/22 and Tuesday 4/23. Intent would be to walk the new portable locations (elementary schools listed below) - more information regarding time and locations will be distributed once confirmation with the district.

FRANKLIN ELEMENTARY

1. Relocate (1) existing relocatable building from the Old Franklin Elementary school site to Franklin Elementary school site. Refurbish interior finishes.
2. All associated site work and connections to utility and site systems.

IRENE B WEST ELEMENTARY

1. Relocate (3) existing relocatable building from the Old Franklin Elementary school site to Irene B West Elementary school site. Refurbish interior finishes. Install kitchenette and toilet room to (1) building for use as an SDC Classroom.
2. All associated site work and connections to utility and site systems.

ROBERT J MCGARVEY ELEMENTARY

1. Relocate (7) existing relocatable building from the Old Franklin Elementary school site to Robert J. McGarvey Elementary school site. Refurbish interior finishes. Install kitchenette and toilet room to (1) building for use as an SDC Classroom.
2. All associated site work and connections to utility and site systems.

ZEHNDER RANCH ELEMENTARY

1. Relocate (3) existing relocatable building from the Old Franklin Elementary school site to Zehnder Ranch Elementary school site. Refurbish interior finishes. Install kitchenette and toilet room to (1) building for use as an SDC Classroom.
2. All associated site work and connections to utility and site systems.

Project is prevailing wage. Certified Payroll will be required. Skilled + Trained Workforce is required and will be monitored as well.
