SCOPE: The scope of the Cuyamaca College State Scheduled Maintenance Mechanical project will include replacing signage at Building Z, adding jackets to the water lines in the MDF room in Building G, replacing backflow preventers at Buildings B & I, repairing pumps, compressor and water heater in Building D.  Replacing mechanical units campus wide, adding a reheat coil to AHU-2, adding cold water valves, and retrofitting the Building H fume hood. Replace hot and cold shut-off valves at Building F, and replacing computer room air conditioning (CRAC) units in Building E.

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All
subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be prepared to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for
the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.
