Union Engineering Company, Inc. is signatory to Carpenters, Cement Masons, Laborers and Operating Engineers unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of the subcontract amount. Assistance is available upon request. Subcontractors must be registered with the DIR. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, liability, auto and worker's compensation insurance coverage meeting the projects requirements. Subcontractors will be required to sign the standard AGC subcontract agreement. Plans and specs are available for viewing at our office located at: 1399 Arundell Avenue, Ventura, CA 93003.
