Psomas requests qualifications from DBE firms with NAICS Code 541370 and 541360 interested in providing Land Surveying Services on an “as-needed” basis to support the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Division of Design, District 7, RFQ #07A5902 for On-Call Land Survey Services within Eastern Los Angeles County. Services may include, but are not limited to, control surveys, design and topographic surveys, construction staking, cadastral land net surveys, as-built surveys, utilities surveys, monumentation surveys, Records of Survey, and the preparation, filing, and recordation of survey documents including, but not limited to, survey field notes, monumentation and Records of Survey maps, topographic and design mapping, drawings, and other related survey documents.  Other specialty land surveying services provided shall include, but not be limited to, laser scanning including Mobile Terrestrial Laser Scanning (MTLS), 3D/4D Modeling, subsurface utility mapping, surveys utilizing the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), and GIS data collection.
