This Scope of Work of this project is to install mini split HVAC systems at 25 School Sites within their Kitchen. The Project is intended to be performed simultaneously on these sites over the Summer of 2024.

We are seeking Trade Partner proposals to include but not limited to the following: Hazmat Demo, Soft Demo, Rough Carpentry, Joint Sealants, Firestopping, Insulation, Roofing, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Painting, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm.

Job walk dates/times below. We will visit 2 sites, Hoover Elementary School from 315-4pm and then go around the corner to Commodore ES for another walk 415-5pm:

March 29th @ 3:15pm

April 2nd @ 3:15pm

Project will be using the Lease-Lease-Back Delivery Method. Prevailing Wages, Certified Payroll, Skilled and Trained Workforces are required to be utilized and reported.

This Project and the subcontractors are to comply with the local Stockton USD Project Labor Agreeement.

Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Sprinkler will need to be prequalified with the District thru PQ Bids ahead of being named a First Tier Trade Partner.

We are seeking DVBE participation from qualified Trade Partners.
