This is a prevailing wage project. Subcontractors will be required to carry insurance limits stated in the specifications. Subcontractors must be registered with DIR and submit Certified Payroll Reports. Assistance will be available for contacting companies for Bonds and Insurance.
Subcontractors will be required to enter into a subcontract. No modifications to contract are permitted.
