Harris & Associates is requesting qualifications from qualified and certified DBE firms interested in providing services related to the City of Palo Alto’s Construction Management Services for Newell Road Bridge Replacement Project (PE-12011). Firms are required to be licensed in their appropriate work categories. 

Interested firms should respond by March 25, 2024, to allow time for evaluation. RFQ deadline is April 4, 2024.

Interested firms may respond by submitting a proposal (include firm profile, relevant local experience, resumes, technical and cost proposals) along with proof of DBE certification via email to Katie.Davis@weareharris.com.

Upon request, Harris & Associates will assist in providing information regarding the consultant’s procurement of bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related assistance or services. This RFQ shall not obligate Harris & Associates to either contract with, or reimburse costs to, responses hereto.
