PROJECT DETAILS:
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the New Marina del Rey Design-Build Parking Structure. Largo Concrete is leading a design-build team and has been shortlisted for this opportunity.
From the County: “The Project consists of constructing a two-story parking structure containing three levels of parking (including the roof level) that would accommodate approximately 300 stalls. The parking structure will include solar carport-ready infrastructure on the roof level and EV parking stalls. The site improvements will include a surface parking lot adjacent to the parking structure, landscape improvements, driveways, bike paths, and street improvements and pedestrian walkways along the perimeter of the parking structure.”
