Harris & Associates is requesting qualifications from qualified and certified DBE firms interested in providing services related to the County of Santa Cruz Department of Community Development & Infrastructure Public Works Construction Management On-Call Services (Project ID:  2021-RFQ-044).

Requested scope of service items include but are not limited to: Inspection Services; Labor Compliance; Geotechnical Services; Biological Monitoring; Cultural Monitoring; and Surveying Services. These services are needed for various types of County Capital Improvement Projects or other County projects including storm damage repair, bridge replacement, pavement repair and resurfacing, drainage improvement, and guardrail replacement. Please refer to the County’s RFQ for the complete description of services.

Interested firms should respond by March 15, 2024, to allow time for evaluation. RFQ deadline is March 22, 2024.

Interested firms may respond by submitting your statement of qualifications (include firm profile, relevant local experience, and resumes) and proof of DBE certification via email to Katie.Davis@weareharris.com.

Upon request, Harris & Associates will assist in providing information regarding the consultant’s procurement of bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related assistance or services. This RFQ shall not obligate Harris & Associates to either contract with, or reimburse costs to, responses hereto.
