is seeking certified and qualified DVBE subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide BIDS FOR THE RANCHO BERNARDO HS CHILLER REPLACEMENT PROJECT Scope of work to include: Replace existing central utility plant equipment including the heating hot water boilers, chillers, cooling towers and pumps. New chilled and heating hot water piping distribution system. Construction of steel support structures, cover walkways and self standing shaft to route pipes to point of connections. This project requires prequalification. Poway Unified School District requires General Contractors and certain subcontractors to be prequalified on all bond-funded Construction Contracts. The following license classifications must prequalify: A, B, C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, C-46. Poway Unified School District uses PQBids (www.pqbids.com) to manage AB 1565 contractor registration and approvals.
