PROJECT DETAILS:

Edwards Construction Group is currently pursuing the Ocean View New Classroom Wings for the Lucia Mar Unified School District.

The project scope consists of the following:

(1) NEW CLASSROOM BLDG. 140 ~4,367 SQUARE FOOT CLASSROOM WING, COMPRISED OF (4) 960 SQUARE FEET ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CLASSROOM SPACES, DATA/IT, AND CUSTODIAN ROOM.
(1) NEW KINDERGARTEN BLDG. 160 ~2,723 SQUARE FOOT CLASSROOM WING, COMPRISED OF (2) 1,140 SQUARE FOOT KINDERGARTEN CLASSROOM SPACES, (2) SINGLE OCCUPANCY RESTROOMS, AND WASH SPACE.
REDESIGN OF EXISTING KINDERGARTEN PLAY AREA, CONSISTING OF PLAY STRUCTURES, PLAY SURFACES, FLATWORK, AND IRRIGATION.
MODERNIZATION OF EXISTING CDS BUILDING 110 (A#46207 CLOSEOUT LETTER #1) INTO NEW LIBRARY.
DEMOLITION OF TWO (2) EXISTING RELOCATABLES (BLDG 130R A#59910 & BLDG 160R A#59670).
SITE WORK INCLUDES DEMOLITION, GRADING TO PREPARE BUILDING PADS, AND NEW UTILITY CONNECTIONS.

Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing contractors holding either a C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C-46 California State Contractors license MUST be prequalified with the district. Prequalification documents MUST be submitted by 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 28, 2024, to the Facilities Office at 222 Stanley Avenue, Arroyo Grande, California 93420 Attn: Lorena Castaneda.
