PROJECT DETAILS:

Edwards Construction Group is currently pursuing the Installation of District Provided HVAC Equipment at Arellanes ES, Battles ES, and Fesler JHS for the Santa Maria-Bonita School District.

The project scope includes:

Arellanes ES: The replacement of existing mechanical units, ductwork, control devices, and connect to district EMS system at buildings: 010, 030, 040, & 100. New mechanical screens at building 010. New mechanical access doors between attic and covered walkways at building 010.
Battles ES: The replacement of existing mechanical units, ductwork, control devices, and connect to district EMS system at buildings: 010, 020, 030, 040, & 070. New fancoil closets at buildings: 020, 030, 040, & 070
Fesler JHS: The replacement of existing mechanical units, ductwork, control devices, and connect to district EMS system at buildings: 010, 020, 040, 070, 080, 090, & 100. New mechanical screens at building 010, 020, & 040. New mechanical access doors between attic and covered walkways at building 010 & 020.

Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing contractors holding either a C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C-46 California State Contractors license MUST be prequalified with the district NO LATER THAN 10 BUSINESS DAYS prior to the date fixed for the public opening of sealed bids.
