Edwards Construction Group is currently pursuing the Installation of District Provided HVAC Equipment at Alvin ES and El Camino JHS for the Santa Maria-Bonita School District.

The project scope includes:

• The replacement of HVAC units in buildings: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, & 90 @ Alvin ES
• The replacement of HVAC units in buildings: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 140, 900 & 1000 @ El Camino JHS

This is a PREVAILING WAGE project.

There is a 3% Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) requirement. 

Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing contractors holding either a C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C-46 California State Contractors license MUST be prequalified with the district NO LATER THAN 10 BUSINESS DAYS prior to the date fixed for the public opening of sealed bids.
