The major work consists of installation of approximately 42,000 linear feet of new sewer main with manholes, cleanouts and laterals spaced as shown on the Plans, as well as the addition of a new sewer lift station. This Project also includes improvements to the existing wastewater treatment facility (WWTP). Improvements to the WWTP include, but are not limited to, the construction of a new headworks with auger screens, a new influent pump station and enlargement of the existing treatment/disposal ponds.
We will assist with Bonds, Lines of Credit and Insurance if needed. Plans & specs available to view in our office.
Assistance is available in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance or other technical information. Plans available from owner or are available for review at our office in 7-DAYS prior to bid day.
Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be able to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company (If required).
