PROJECT DETAILS:
Edwards Construction Group is currently pursuing the New CTE Agricultural Science Building at Morse High School for the San Diego Unified School District.
The project includes a 2,200 sf single story new construction of single Agriscience classroom building, 1,100 sf Greenhouse, site improvements such as hardscape, landscape, retaining, and fencing.

This is a PREVAILING WAGE project.
This project includes a PLA Requirement (Project Labor Agreement).
There is a 3% Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) requirement.
ALL MEP subcontractors that HOLD any of the following licenses MUST be prequalified with the district: C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C-46. Submit your prequalification application at NO LATER THAN January 26th, 2024 @ 2PM.
