PROJECT DETAILS:
The site of the work is located on Stanford Sierra Camp property (APN 021-150-03), within an established retreat Center, at 130 Fallen Leaf Road in the City of South Lake Tahoe, in the County of El Dorado, California.
The work to be performed consists of construction of a Generator Building complete with a 30 kW diesel generator and associated electrical components, controls, structural elements, architectural features, and mechanical HVAC work. Work also includes grading, surface protection and BMP improvements associated with the building construction.
