PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Construction of a new concession building, adjacent to the existing restroom
on the Home side of the stadium. Sitework associated with the building addition that includes (1) demolition of storage garage adjacent to the west side restroom building, (2) demolition of flatwork, (3) water, sewer, and electrical utility tie-ins, and (4) flatwork improvement of either concrete of asphalt paving, (5) existing track surface repairs and striping.
