All Contractors and Subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) at Bid Time.  Prevailing Wage Project.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Construction OF ONE NEW 30’ X 80’ classroom building.  New accessible 12’ x 40’ relocatable restroom building and various site upgrades.

Trades involved include but not limited to: demolition, concrete, masonry, structural steel, metal fabrications, rough carpentry, casework, insulation, metal roof, sheet metal flashing and trim, roofing, joint sealants, hollow metal doors and frames, access doors and panels, door hardware, glazing, gypsum board, lath, acoustical ceiling, resilient flooring, painting and coating, signage, fire protection, projection screens, window shades, plumbing, hvac, electrical, communication, voice data, audio visual, clock system, access control, fire alarm voice evac. System, earthwork, concrete paving, chain-link fence and gates, site water utility, site sanitary sewage.
