PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Project includes selective asbestos abatement, selective demolition, and re-construction necessary for the modernization of the HVAC Systems, roofing systems, and interior upgrades at the Cafeteria Building, Performing Arts Building, and Media Center Building as required per bidding documents and including associated architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications. Generally, these categories of work involve new finishes, adaptive re-use and modification of certain selected areas, handicap accessibility retrofits, re-roofing, building weatherization, and updating of HVAC systems to existing school buildings, and other associated improvements per bidding documents.

Trades involved include but not limited to: demolition, concrete, metal fabrications, metal ladders, wood treatment, rough carpentry, FRP, roofing, insulation, sheet metal, flashing and trim, firestopping, joint sealants, gypsum board, lath, cement plastering, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, tile carpet, exterior and interior painting, visual display units, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm voice evacuation system, electronic safety and security.
