PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Project consists of removal of a 24’ x 40’ portable building and relocating a restroom building on another campus to this campus. Upgrades to the relocated restroom building include a new ramp, asphalt, restroom accessories, acoustical ceiling, paint interior and exterior, plumbing, and electrical. On another area of campus, demo hardscape and garden area for new sidewalk, ramp, and railings. Grade and sod remaining landscape area outside the ramp.
