It will be the responsibility of each subcontractor to review the complete set of bidding documents prior to submitting their bid. Refer to the project manual and review your trade specifications for compliance and documentation. All bids shall be in accordance with issued plans, specifications and addenda. All product substitutions shall meet requirements per plans and specifications. By submitting a bid or proposal to NSA Construction Group, Inc. subcontractor/supplier agrees that all bids and proposals submitted will be subject to the terms and conditions of NSA Construction Group, Inc.’s standard subcontract agreement when bidding/proposing as a subcontractor/supplier, as well as the requirements of all project documents, including, but not limited to, the project plans, specifications, bid instructions, General and special conditions, pre-bid addenda, and all other incorporated documents.

 Subcontractors will be required to accept and execute a NSA Construction Group, Inc. Subcontract Agreement meeting all contract terms, conditions and insurance requirements. Subcontract can be viewed at our website. These terms and conditions will prevail over Subcontractor bid proposal terms and conditions. Subcontractor also agrees to be bound by the terms of the prime contract as issued with the bid documents. No modifications to the contract are permitted. Subcontractor shall provide payment and performance bond in the full amount of the subcontract agreement. Bonds will be required upon NSA’s request to be issued by a qualified and licensed Corporate Surety acceptable to NSA Construction Group, Inc. We will pay premium up to 1% of bid amount at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to waive the requirement of such bonds, to permit substitute security or to accept alternate guarantee in lieu of such bonds.
