Harris & Associates is requesting qualifications from qualified and certified MBE, WBE, and/or DBE firms interested in providing services related to the City of San Diego’s Design of Kensington North Storm Drain Replacement (H2326239).

We are seeking MBE, WBE, and/or DBE firms who can provide the following scope of work:

• Temporary & Permanent Easements, Land Acquisition, & Access Rights
• Geotechnical / Soils Engineering
• Topographic Surveying
• Structural Engineering
• Traffic Control Planning & Engineering
• Stormwater Quality Management Plan & BMPs
• Landscape Architecture (Revegetation)
• Subsurface Utility Locating / Potholing
• Community Outreach & Private Property Liaison
• Archaeological / Paleontological

Interested firms must respond by Monday December 18, 2023 to allow time for evaluation. The RFP deadline is January 9, 2024.

Upon request, Harris & Associates will assist in providing information regarding the subconsultant’s procurement of bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related assistance or services. This RFQ shall not obligate Harris & Associates to either contract with, or reimburse costs to, responses hereto.
