Prequalification Is Required. All mechanical, electrical or plumbing (“MEP”) subcontractors (defined as contractors holding a C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 or C-46 license), are required to be prequalified at this time. This prequalification requirement applies even if the subcontractor will perform, or is designated and identified to perform, work that does not require one of the licenses listed above, but the subcontractor holds one of the licenses listed above.
Prequalification must be submitted prior to 11/30/23 through QualityBidders.com
Note- Bonds issued by United States Fire Insurance Company (or associated entities including Crum) will not be accepted.
