Prequalification Is Required. This prequalification requirement applies even if the subcontractor will perform, or is designated and identified to perform, work that does not require one of the licenses listed above, but the subcontractor holds one of the licenses listed above.

Note- Bonds issued by United States Fire Insurance Company (or associated entities including Crum) will not be accepted.
