Trades included but not limited to, survey, SWPPP, hazmat abatement – minor, site demolition & earthwork grading, building demolition, underground utilities, asphalt paving, chain-link & ornamental fencing, concrete & rebar, masonry, structural steel, metal fabrications, rough carpentry, casework, waterproofing, insulation, metal wall panels, aluminum wall panels, fiber cement wall panels, roofing, sheet metal, hollow metal doors & frames, wood doors, aluminum storefront glazing, plaster, gypsum board, ceramic tile, acoustic ceilings, flooring, rubber flooring, resinous flooring, FRP, acoustic tack panels, painting, visual display boards, signage, toilet partitions & accessories, FEC’s, flagpole, food service equipment, stage curtain, roller window shades, entrance mats, wheelchair lift, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, low voltage systems, landscape & irrigation, playground equipment (benches, tether ball, play structures, basketball, bicycle rack & lockers).

All Listed Contractors must comply with AB 3018 - Skilled & Trained Workforce requirements.

Note - Bonds issued by United States Fire Insurance Company (or associated entities including Crum) will not be accepted.

Erickson-Hall Construction provides notice to all contractors of the adoption of SB 854, this requires subcontractors to comply with the requirements as set forth on the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) website at http://www.dir.ca.gov/Public-Works/publicworks.html.  SB 854 requires all contractors who perform public works projects must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project (submitted on or after, unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5).
