PROJECT DETAILS:
Edwards Construction Group is currently pursuing the Grover Heights Elementary New Classroom Wing Project for the Lucia Mar Unified School District.
THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF (1) NEW ~6,500 SQUARE FOOT CLASSROOM WING, COMPRISED OF (6) 960 SQUARE FOOT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CLASSROOM SPACES, SINGLE OCCUPANT RESTROOM, DATA/IT ROOM, AND P.E. OFFICE SPACE. SITE WORK WILL INCLUDE DEMOLITION, GRADING FOR NEW BUILDING PAD WITH MINOR FLATWORK MODIFICATIONS FOR ACCESSIBLE PATH OF TRAVEL, AND NEW UTILITY CONNECTIONS.
This is a PREVAILING WAGE project.
There is a DISABLED VETERAN BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DVBE) participation goal of 3%.

Plans & Specs, Geotech Report, and Tests & Inspection Report are available electronically from jg@edwardscongroup.com and also available online at Bids & Construction - District Departments - Lucia Mar Unified School District (luciamarschools.org). All bids and material quotes must be per plans and specifications. All bids are required to be received in our office through our e-mail at least 1-2 business days before the Bid Due Date so that we have ample time to fill out the required bid forms for the owner.
