The services will include Program/Project Management including but not limited to integration management; scope management; time management; cost management; quality management; resource management; communication management; risk management; project scheduling; project coordination; PM developments and project resource estimating services. Firms interested must be within a commutable distance to the Caltrans District 7 office (Los Angeles/Ventura County). Similar work for Caltrans or other agencies located within District 7 is strongly recommended.

Firms interested in responding shall submit a letter of interest stating proposed services, proof of current DBE certification, a firm profile, qualified personnel resumes, and a description of relevant experience, including recent projects for which services have been provided.
