PROJECT DETAILS:
Scope of project: Renovation of existing building C2 Wood Shop. In more detail: The project consists of renovation of Existing Wood Shop, Office, Project Room, Finish Room, and Storage Rooms. Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Fire Alarm, and Technology work for the renovated area and for new Owner-Provided and installed equipment. Existing lighting and HVAC generally to remain with minor modifications. New exterior overhead roll-up door. Minor structural modifications are required. Removal of existing under-slab dust evacuation ductwork and installation of new overhead dust evacuation ductwork.
All subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations.
Subcontractor prequalification with the School District is not required.
