PROJECT DETAILS:

Edwards Construction Group is currently perusing the Balboa ES Site Modernization and Lincoln HS DSA Certification project for the San Diego Unified School District. The project includes 2 schools:

Balboa Elementary School: Existing Classroom Building 100 interior finish upgrades, restroom renovation and exterior paint. New playground and play structure, fencing, site ramp, site lighting and (1) fabric shade structure. North parking lot and playground reconfiguration including new fencing, hard surfacing, and accessible parking.
Lincoln High School: Rectify conditions at Lincoln High School to align with originally approved DSA project 04-105819 for final certification by inspection team with DSA. Scope includes corrections to door hardware, door louvers, and door certifications, installation of welded guardrails, fixed connections for storm water piping, modifications to auditorium seating, restriping of parking spaces, relocation of wheel stops, installation of signage, and bleacher modifications for originally approved door swing and landing design.

This is a PREVAILING WAGE project.

This project includes a PROJECT STABILIZATION AGREEMENT (PSA).

All bids are required to be received in our office through our e-mail at least 1-2 business days before Bid Due Date so that we have ample time to fill out the required bid forms for the owner.
