Metals, Waterproofing, Painting, Anti-Graffiti Coating, Demolition & removals, Gradings, Underground Utilities, CMU Block Wall, Cobblestone Wall, Retaining Wall Construction, Ready Mix Supply, Aggregate Supply, Trucking, Water Truck, Street Sweeping, Traffic Control, Pipe and Valve Supply, Miscellaneous Metal Supply, Survey, QAQC, Lead Abatement Plan and Equipment Rental. Stacy and Witbeck, Inc. will work with interested subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages. Project includes an 8.5% DBE Goal. SBCTA has established Sensitive Security Information Standards for recognizing, marking, handling, and disposing of Sensitive Security Information (SSI) to minimize the risk of future threats. All Covered Persons who have access to SBCTA SSI shall comply with SBCTA’s standards as outlined in Special Provision 17 and the Project Safety and Security Management Plan.

PROJECT DETAILS:
The plans and specifications for this project may only be obtained by signing the “SSI Document Release Form” attached hereto. All subcontractors and suppliers interested in accessing the plans and specs shall present a signed SSI Document Release Form for each Covered Person to Stacy and Witbeck, Inc. before they can access the Plans and Specifications. Please email swisocalest@stacywitbeck.com to request the SSI Document Release Form to be completed and returned to us.
All subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance, and worker’s comp insurance coverage meeting Stacy and Witbeck’s requirements. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreements can be obtained by contacting the estimator. In addition, subcontractors are required to register with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), as required by Public Contract Code Section 1725.5, please furnish the DIR number with your quote submittal. Include applicable DBE certifications issued and validated by pertinent agencies. Stacy and Witbeck, Inc. is an Affirmative Action/EEO company and is willing to assist qualified certified DBE and other small business certified firms to achieve our subcontractor/supplier goals. Subcontractors will be required to provide a 100% performance and 100% payment bond for the full amount of the subcontract price. Items of work may be broken down into economically feasible packages to encourage participation. Please also provide bond rates with your submitted bids. In some cases, we may be able to provide assistance obtaining bonds, line of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies, and materials, as well as any related assistance in services to subcontractors who may otherwise be at a disadvantage.

DBE must be certified by the California Unified Certification Program (CUCP) and must be listed as a certified DBE on the CUCP website: https://caltrans.dbesystem.com.
