The City of LA, Bureau of Engineering – Bridge Improvement Division (BID) intends to procure the services of a Consultant to perform DSDC and CE on a lump sum basis for approximately 1.5 years. To successfully deliver the Project, it is important for the selected Consultant to work closely with the BID to coordinate requirements and regulations from various state, regional, and local regulatory agencies. The Consultant’s scope of work shall include, but not limited to, the following tasks: administration (CE), Request for Information; Shop Drawing Review; Submittal Review; Change Orders; Construction Schedule; Record (As-Built) Drawings; Construction Meetings; Geotechnical Observation and Testing; Hazmat Soils Monitoring; Structural Observations/Structures Representative; Traffic Engineering; Traffic Study; Lighting and Electrical Engineering; Historical Monitoring; Public Outreach; Utility Coordination; and Financial Cashflow Plan.
